  1. Creamy Texture

    Silken Soy Purée has a higher density than regular milk and soymilk.

  2. Low Beany Flavor

    Silken Soy Purée has a much less “beany” flavor than soymilk, ISP, or tofu.  This unique feature allows the flavors of other ingredients to shine.

  3. Dairy Alternative

    Silken Soy Purée is very mild with a rich taste like cream, making it an excellent dairy alternative in non-dairy products.  Additionally, it reduces calories, cholesterol, and fat content while cutting ingredient costs.

  4. Acid Resistance

    Due to our innovative production process, the curdling reaction of Silken Soy Purée is low which prevents it from getting “chunky” or separating.
